Fieldcare
FieldCare is the division of Ferno (UK) Ltd that deals with the after sales service, repairs and routine preventative maintenance of all Ferno equipment. We have a team of technicians situated throughout the UK, and we can offer a variety of competitive, tailormade contracts to ensure that your Ferno equipment is correctly serviced and maintained throughout its life.
All work carried out by our FieldCare technicians is fully documented and covered by our own liability insurance. Our technicians carry a full range of genuine manufacturer's spare parts to enable the majority of repairs and part replacements to be carried out on site. Where the work cannot be carried out on site, loan units can be provided if necessary.
We offer you the peace of mind of knowing that your Ferno equipment is serviced and maintained to the highest standards, in line with both the manufacturers, and where relevant, the MHRA guidelines, with the minimum of disruption to yourself.
We also offer certified, product awareness training, to ensure that your employees are conversant with, and know how to use, the equipment you have purchased.
