Ferno Responds to Sectors' Recession Woes with Launch of New Saver Range

Ferno UK, one of the world's leading emergency response suppliers, is adding a new value range of evacuation and medical equipment to its portfolio in response to client needs in tough economic times.

The new SAVER by Ferno range aimed at the industrial commercial sector will be available as from September and will provide companies with a value for money offering.

The SAVER range, which consists of a wide variety of evacuation and emergency supplies and accessories, has been in development since early 2009 and enters into the market at a time when companies are looking for more cost effective solutions.

Simon Shepherd, Sales and Marketing Director for Ferno UK, comments: "We are responding to customers' needs and providing a product range which maintains good specifications but offers a better choice at a competitive price.

"We have been consolidating our offer for the last 12 months and, at the same time, carried out in-depth market research. We're confident that our new SAVER range will give customers more value for money across a comprehensive range of products. The SAVER range still comes with the quality and customer assurance of the Ferno brand and will be attributed directly with the Ferno logo. Simon continues: "Customers who buy into the SAVER range will still be offered the same aftercare service and training options that we offer with our premium products. The aim of this launch is to help businesses during this economic downturn and provide well engineered products which suit a more restricted budget".

The new SAVER range consists of nine extensive product categories including the Saver Patient Chair. The new design allows a lateral transfer for wheelchair users so they can independently transfer themselves from wheelchair to another seat. The chair also has hand brakes for added user comfort as well as being a cost effective buy.
