Product Warranty

All new Ferno trolleys have a unique integrated counting system (the Tracker) that accurately records the number of times a trolley goes through a cycle of raising and lowering. This effectively acts as a milometer to advise the servicing schedule.

In addition to the Tracker each customer receives a dedicated service manual that details the maintenance schedule, service intervals and replacement parts.

All work carried out by our FieldCare technicians is fully covered by liability insurance and all engineers install only genuine manufacturer's spare parts.
